All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

3Booking Confirmation

Reservations are considered confirmed only upon:

• Receipt of the required deposit or full payment
• Confirmation from the supplier or service provider
• Issuance of relevant travel documents

Availability is subject to change until final confirmation is received.

4Prices and Rates

All prices quoted are subject to:

• Availability at the time of booking
• Currency fluctuations
• Airline fuel surcharges
• Government taxes and fees
• Supplier adjustments

Prices may change without prior notice until full payment and confirmation have been received.

5Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be advised at the time of booking.

Failure to settle payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and applicable penalties.

6Cancellation and Refunds

Processing fees, administrative charges, and supplier-imposed penalties may apply.

7Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess:

• Valid passports
• Required visas
• Health certificates
• Travel permits
• Other necessary travel documents

Passports should generally have at least six (6) months validity from the date of travel.

8Visa Assistance

Corners Of The World provides guidance and assistance in visa application preparation.

However:

• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• Approval cannot be guaranteed.
• Visa fees are generally non-refundable once applications have been submitted.

9Travel Insurance

Corners Of The World acts solely as an intermediary for travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

The company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of property
• Delays
• Supplier insolvency
• Service interruptions
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers
